1. download license file from your account:

from [[https://www.citrix.com/account/#/manage-licenses-tool/overview]]
select all license you want to load and click on "select an action" button,  select download.

2. go to your licens eserver via web:

[[https://citrixlicense.domain:8083/#]]
and follow install license and the use "downloaded license file"
load the file just downloaded
