No "new file" options on the right click inside a file manager

it is simple. just add a file named for example New inside your ~/Templates/ and the magic is done. if you want a . doc file add a file Named New.doc using your doc software (ex. libreoffice)

Double click on script to execute it

from terminal launch following command 

gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.preferences executable-text-activation 'launch'
